Absolutely unpleasant to deal with. Unprofessional, arrogant, and shady. This is not someone you want to work with. As a new buyer, we try to help and inform the previous owners that important mail is still there and ask questions about keys not provided for the property... his answer is Absolutely arrogant and not helpful, answering questions with irony and Unprofessional. Never experienced such negative transaction by listing agent.
