Dalene was awesome. She went to great lengths to market my mother's home and get it sold. We had some family issues materialize resulting in us taking the home off the market. Dalene worked with me during this time and re-listed the home once I was ready. Dalene held multiple open houses, always responded to my e-mails/text quickly and provided guidance through the sale. I've bought and sold many homes in my time and Dalene has been the best realtor I've used. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.
Dalene was professional from the first time we met a great little coffee shop in Ephraim Utah. She sought to develop a report with us and listened to our housing needs. She was always available and very thorough from start to finish. She was able to secure a home for us from the initial visit of the property to purchase in less than 17 days.
