I’m very grateful for this company. The EMMA testing process, customer service through phone calls to answer my additional questions, and timeliness of the results were a comfort and assurance. I have utilized this company for urine mycotoxin testing before. I felt confident having them process my environmental mycotoxin sample. Since this company sold to another, the mycotoxin urine shipping and results are untimely. Going the way of Mosaic. horrible customer service and untimely test results. To-save money, Realtime changed the UPS shipping from air to ground. now it takes 3 to 4 business days to even get to Texas. Then 7 to 10 business days to get the results. this is outrageous for a patient who needs these results to move ahead with treatment. Very disappointed with real time. The test was easy to use, easy to ship back to the lab, and my results were delivered as stated. I am very grateful for the results as it identified every toxin which has been making me sick helping my provider to develop a plan of treatment. I will use this company again for further tests.
They called me to repeat my lab work. I explained that my appointment with USCIS was in a week. These people couldn't care less. I came prepared for my first lab work or medical exam for USCIS. I also fasted as instructed. Zero empathy. These are not people who conduct themselves professionally. They don't know how to take care of important lab work.
Three weeks to get results for a test they say 7-10 business days. The manager was helpful stating they would get it to me by end of day. They did not.
