This place is a scam. Do not spend $400 on a mycotoxin test that doesn’t even allow you to pin point where the issue is coming from. There are verified companies that only cost a little more to help you find out where the issue is coming from. The $400 test only comes with two swabs. Once I realized this, they wouldn’t let me return the unopened product even though I just received it in the mail 10 days ago and now I am spending $400 for two cotton swabs. First Jordan came out to help me check in and he then told me my information was not in the system. I became worried and upset. But If I could give 10 stars to you guys I would. We learned I booked 2 of the wrong test for China Travel because the China embassy changed the requirements and I was unaware and I was completely worried about getting my results on time. I've had two tests (EMMA and Urine mycotoxin) with RealTime Labs. I've talked to Paul several times. Every interaction has been incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I always hang up the phone with exponentially more information (and power!) than when I began the call. Their lab is trustworthy and proven and I've had a poor experience with another lab, which demonstrates RTL's commitment to science and customer service. Very nice facility. We forgot my sons passport at home and they let me email it later when we got home. Super nice did the test and we were on our way. Very smooth experience. We got the “ next day test “ and got tested at 9:45 am. The test results were out the same day at 4 pm. Happy customer.

Francis is amazing. She helped me every step of the way and called to check and make sure that everything was going smoothly. Without her, it probably wouldn’t have gotten done on time or correctly. They can be a bit disorganized and you need to stay on top of them to make sure you get what you paid for but they are the only place that has a quick turnaround time and they’re all very nice people.
