Gary is a friendly man, but CANNOT be depended on to complete his work. Promises are not kept. Responsibilities are not fulfilled. As my rental agent, he did not complete proper walk throughs of the house when tenants left. As a result they stole from the house and left it dirty. Requests to upkeep the outside of the house went undone. People hired to do tasks performed poorly. Avoid him at all costs.
