Horrible horrible horrible. Our management company went from bad to worse when switched to realstar. Appliance issues in apartments left unfixed and unattended to for weeks. They also have entered apartments without notice which is ONLY legal in an emergency. The staff does not respond to emails or phone calls and are unfriendly from the jump. Hana Choi the leasing agent and whoever manages the Aster and Yarrow are so incompetent and unprofessional. Shes stating to me how understaffed they are so she rushes my inspection and proceeds to make me feel like shes doing me a favour by charging me less when they told me to use hanging strips and not nails as i would lose my entire deposit? But then i get trouble for using hanging strips? Also, not my fault nor responsibility you are understaffed. Get a new job girl. This clearly isnt for you.Â

Hi , I am sending this email to upper management of realstar properties. Last month was my final month April 2025 in this building as a resident . I do find it’s a nice apartment but the management has been very rude , UN supportive and very irrational. Once I had the landlord bring someone else into my apartment without me even knowing to show the apartment and remember this is when I had just moved in I had asked how does one go by breaking the lease and the next day she had brought people inside my apartment without me ev... read more
