I drove an hour for the appointment I scheduled for my daughter. Upon arrival I was told I canceled the appointment via text message. I never received a text message and definitely did not cancel the appointment. We have been waiting for my daughter to be seen for a biopsy consultation for two weeks. The receptionist was rude, unapologetic and offered no resolution.
Called a few times to get in contact with the office after being recommended to them, never got a response back.
I went to the Temple office. The staff was very helpful & caring. Very pleased with my experience there.
If you don't have insurance you don't want to go here. I have no problem paying the initial $175 for one freezing spot but I was given a fallow up appointment that I didn't ask for but went to. I was charged an additional $150 for the gal to check if it healed.
I recently received Image-Guided Superficial Radiation Therapy (SRT) for skin cancer. My provider was Leticia Martinez, and the principal staff at the front desk that I worked with was Jordan. They were both remarkable in regards to their compassion, communication, and expertise. It was a great find for me to discover Real Skin Dermatology.
