I worked with Jose Figueroa on purchasing my home. He referred me to an inspector. The inspector missed the water damage in the bathroom. Jose tried communicating with the seller and the sellers agent about the leak that was found one week and half after moving into the home. I almost slipped on a puddle of water in the hallway.
