Tara and the team are super kind, sweet and caring ladies! Especially Tara who has been checking in on me every 3 months even though I live not so close to Oakland. I really appreciate the effort and care. There is dedication and commitment to this team along with compassion. I am very grateful to have my first ultrasound at this clinic. They also provided a welcome box, that was a nice touch! I would recommend my friends or any low-income pregnant women to get the services they deserve. ❤️ Thank you

Real Options helped me with a pregnancy test, and gave me referrals to start my prenatal care, also as a single mom, they helped me out with a car seat for my newborn, I highly recommend real options they will be there for you to answer all your questions.
I’m a first time Mom that was very nervous walking into a pregnancy. I went to Real Options while in between insurances and boy, did I make the right decision. Every part of that place is covered with patience and care, which for me in this department was major.
