I asked about listing a property and said I wanted it to be handled particularly 'white gloved'. No signs at property, no showings without appointment, no residential listings...I didn't want the bother of a million people who couldn't make a responsible offer taking up time. I worked with Mona Renner and her associate from this office. Everything about my listing was a disaster. She specifically recommended not listing in April when the market was considered very competitive. My property is located in a highly competitive area where houses usually sell in 4 days, after 14 days unable to sell and close the offer on hand they ran off and abandoned listing. We did everything she requested, updating carpet, updating interior and exterior paints, as well as getting a pre-listing home inspection. At t... read more
