I am a vendor that works with RealManage and they use us on more than a few of their properties. Brad and the RealManage team are very easy to work with and promptly provide all of the necessary information I need to get my jobs completed. I have only heard great feedback from board members, homeowners and vendors that use or work with RealManage as they are very responsive to residents and they make it easy for residents to submit any issues with their homes or association. Highly recommend!!!
We moved from a different management company to RealManage in July 2023. We are glad we made the change. It was the best decision. RealManage was highly recommended & we are glad we chose them. Wish we moved to them sooner. Our association manager Brad has been wonderful to work with. He responds quickly which is such a change from our last company which was a nightmare to work with. Brad is so knowledgeable & helpful. I highly recommend RealManage.
I have been working with Brad Bacome for many years now at Real Manage. Brad represents all of his HOA's with such respect and knowledge which makes my job as a vendor on his properties a seamless process.
Real manage has been the absolute worst HOA company. Our community’s mailbox was destroyed 9 months ago. The HOA hasn’t “approved” a new mailbox and is providing the community with zero resolutions. We contact them on a continuous basis and they are no longer even responding to our emails. They expect us to pay our dues but won’t even provide us with a basic service. Brad has been awful to deal with. We have left a message with his supervisor and never received a callback.
Our association hired RealManage one year ago and so far I'm extremely satisfied with our Property Manager Angie. She responds to the boards inquiries and has helped us build up our communities appearance. As with any Property Manager group there's good and bad depending on the Manager assigned to your property.
