You call and call all day and no one answers the phone or emails. Does anyone work here? I even text and got no reply! I think they are showing places that are already rented out to pocket the app fee. Be careful renting from this place. You will not hear back! Worst management company I have come across.
If you want to pay money to have them do nothing at your property this is the place to call. If you actually want services done call someone else.
Very unorganized, very rude and emotionless. To say the least
Realm Realty & Management does not care about customer service or even attempting to give the appearance of caring. This is a shady and questionable operation, at best. You would be prudent to avoid their rental properties at all costs. I visited a home that appeared to be livable online, but in person the house was downright atrocious.
