Realm Realty & Management is an absolutely terrible company. I am appalled that any business that operates in the manner that they do can continue to stay in business. Realm Realty & Management's customer service (Shanon) is simply atrocious. Phone calls to customer service do not get answered, nor do they seem to hold office hours (we have waited outside the office). Example: called twice on Monday, three times on Tuesday, two times on Wednesday, and at each attempt a voicemail was left - missed the callback on Wednesday by... read more
The main office person Shannon is perhaps the rudest human being I have ever encountered. As tenants, we have always payed our rent on time and treated the property with the care we would our own home. This is irrelevant to Realm and especially Shannon, as they seem to treat all tenants as criminals or deviants anytime there is the slightest issue or even inquiry posed to them. run as far as you can from this business. they never answer their phone, never respond to maintenance requests and Shanon who you only get to talk to when she feels like it, is by far the rudest and meanest person you will ever deal with. do not expect anything from this company - they do not stick to their word, will lie to your face and forget you exist. I mean it --- RUN! AND GOD HELP PROPERTY OWNERS WHO USE THEM - your properties should sit empty until you find another company to manage your assets.
