I held an event at this location this previous Saturday. Odilly was extremely rude. She asked me 5 times if the space was rented (which it was) the deposit had been withdrawn from the account of the resident I was setting up the event for. She asked me so much it made me feel like she didn't believe me. Her attitude wasn't helpful at all. The only thing she made sure to tell me was that residents could still walk in as they please. Every time we start thinking about renting/buying a home, we think about how much we’d miss the community we’ve come to know and love here. If you’re moving to the area for work/school or already live here, own a dog and are looking for community, this is the place for you.
Safest, Friendliest complex for the time my other half and I was staying there.
Location. Accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. Chapel Hill is close by as well as downtown Durham.
I really must say this is a fantastic place to live, the staff is attentive and caring, maintenance is top notch, and the cares team, Jeff and Andrea, are so welcoming and have awesome events! Glad to be here!
