I do not recommend Really good rentals to anyone, Abby and I were in contact for 6 months about a unit my wife and I wanted, waiting for a friend of ours to move out, I ever asked to put money down to save it in September. She insisted that we wait till that gave notice, well on the 15th they gave notice and Abby contacted me. I said we were still interested 3 hours after I received the email (as I was working) the. We rented from Really Good Rentals at the Cedar Point town homes in Eagle Lake for a year. The neighborhood was quiet and kids are always playing outside. They mowed the lawn and cleaned snow in the driveway and road. There is a maintenance person that lives in the neighborhood and he's great at getting an issue fixed in a timely manner. Lived at Alpine Meadows for 2 years. Management is professional & very responsive. The townhomes are very spacious, clean, & reasonably priced. Abby was always very helpful & made moving out stress free. We followed the move out directions given & had no issues. Alpine Meadows felt like home to us. I definitely would recommend Really Good Rentals to anyone looking for a new place.
I lived in Cedar Point for a year and really enjoyed the large space and close proximity to Mankato. I had one or two maintenance issues while I was living there and they were taken care of immediately. The lawns are always mowed during the summer and they always got the snow plowed off early in the winter so I was always able to get to work on time. Would have loved to have stayed longer but had to move for work.
