I was told to be at my house between 10 to 12 for shower door installation and, at 10:30 I received a call that they "may not be installing my shower doors today." I asked why didn't they call me before 10 am since that was the time asked for me to be available. They made an appointment, called 10 minutes before the start of the window to be here and wanted to reschedule. Not handled professional. I cancelled the installtion. I prefer to deal with professionals. Still waiting for the bosses call. THE BOSS did call and I truly appreciate that. I decided to not it installed but I thank the boss for taking the time to call and listen and his PROFESSIONALISM.
