WARNING!!! Read other reviews and check the BBB. If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. 1 is the lowest and Reality Homes is well below 1 star. They are dishonest, slopy and poor communicators. They flat out lied on several occasions and tried to charge way more than even their own contract allowed for a change order. We used Reality Homes to build our home. We love our home, but the service was HORRIBLE. Office people were great. It was just the building side. It took them a YEAR AND HALF and still not completely finished with items they needed to fix. Yes, the timing was terrible. But not worse than the LIES. From the beginning, they told us 6-8 months MAX. We had our excavating done in March. They didn't do a thing till July. I met with the salesman a few times. Nice guy; forgot his name though. I was told Reality had quite a few choices as far as upgrades, which I liked. I just so happened to see quartz countertop choices in the showroom garage when I overheard a couple NOT happy with the salesman regarding a choice of countertop they insisted on having, was no longer available to them.
