I was looking to build my forever home as we had to move to a single level house like a rambler. I chose Reality Homes as they did a wonderful job building me and my husband home, they stayed within the build time frame to complete the house which I was very impressed by. Be wary of building with this company. I built a duplex and paid for the upgrade of planked vinyl flooring. After only 6 months the flooring started to come up due to improper installation. At 6 months I was under the 3rd party builders warranty, and that covered the repair of the flooring then. However, after 6 more months the same issue started happening in other areas.
