Josh White was our Project Manager when we had our home built by Reality Homes in Kingston, Washington a couple of years ago. He was very easy to work with, kept us informed of progress and answered all of our questions (we had tons) as the build went along. Most importantly, whenever we needed to contact him and left a message, he responded back promptly.
We have built two homes through Reality Homes (2015 and 2024) Neil and Tamara H. Both homes are solidly built and energy efficient. The synergy within the Reality Homes team is impressive. They worked with us every step of the way from breaking ground through the final inspection and beyond. We build a house through Reality this year and building a house is never easy, but they were really clear about homeowner responsibilities from the start, and very helpful when we had questions. The six months you have to get permits and site ready is pretty stressful and there’s a lot of variables that can sometimes be out of your control, but it was doable and reality was quick to respond and helped wherever they could. We have to say, the highlight of working with Reality Homes, and the person who made it all worthwhile, was our Project Manager Ben Revenko. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helped us with anything that arose, to keep our project moving forward to completion.
