Sold a house that among other things, had a stove that had been severely infested with mice and roaches. Luckily neither have been seen live, however he refused to give me the warranty information when we closed on the house. His response was "the warranty would have covered it" full knowing that I had to remove the filth as soon as it was discovered, thus making the warranty unable to cover anything. Be very cautious when buying from his "LLC"

Were wonderful during the rental process and helping with house problems. Then, when we were no longer tenants, took every nickel possible. Absolute disgrace. Literally complained about issues that were there when we moved in and were told, “no worries. We’re tracking.” If you rent, take move-in pictures of EVERYTHING. Call them and make them take care of insects and other problems. Do NOT trust these people. House was in much better shape than when we got it. Complete blown away at the 180 from these people.

Rick is the best landlord I have ever dealt with. He is responsive, maintenance issues are handled the same day they are called in. When you move out, if you follow the instructions he gives you, you will get your entire security deposit back. I had mine, in full,in only two days. Mr. Rick Hansen has been great to work with. We appreciate his no-nonsense professional approach to selling our home. He took an active role in helping us find a buyer.
