Based on our experience, we highly recommend Reality Construction for any home remodeling project. Our newly purchased older home featured a ridiculous and hazardous shower within a whirlpool tub, a very oddly placed toilet, and in general was totally outdated. Mike and Gina came up with a plan that met our needs far better than any other, and the cost was comparable to one we almost accepted that wouldn’t have solved the toilet problem. Reality Construction Review Contracted to finish about 1650 sq feet of 2000 sq foot basement, including bathroom w/ shower. Mike, Gina & Katie were always available to answer any questions and help w/ choices. Mike was on top of schedule and moved project along to finish a little ahead of schedule. This is my review of Reality Construction. As it was approximately a year ago, I decided to test the remodeling waters for the first time. I saved up an amount I believed would be in the ballpark for the work I was looking to have done, and began looking at contractors. I interacted with a few local and surrounding area contractors. Mike and Gina were excellent with our basement remodel. They helped us through the design process and understanding the best way to make our vision fit with our space. They were helpful, EXCELLENT communicators and everyone they worked with was respectful, friendly and did excellent work. Would definitely work with them again on future projects.
