I've been working with Gina and Mike for years. Honest, hard working, straight forward. Good people
Extremely unprofessional company. Required a lot of work that 4 other contractors never even mentioned. When I asked about it they were extremely rude and passive aggressive with their response. The price was absolutely outrageous and I could tell they are trying to take advantage of people impacted by the flood in August 2025 SE Wisconsin. I would not suggest this company as they will try to force you into work that is not needed.
We had Reality Construction redo our kitchen, and they did amazing work! They were up front about what had to be done from a permitting perspective, given our house is nearly 100 years old. The communication was great, quality of service was fantastic, and all contractors who did the work were professional. Our project finished on time, and we've been loving it ever since! Highly recommend for any home project you are thinking about.
I cannot say enough positive things about Mike and Gina and the way they operate Reality Construction. The project was completed on time and well within budget with no significant financial surprises. We recently had our kitchen remodel with Reality Construction, and we couldn't be more pleased. Mike and Gina made everything easy to understand and we're so helpful. From the design, contract and finish selections to specifics on contractors and time frame, there weren't any hidden costs or surprises.
