I engaged Realistic Cleaners to clean my vacant property, which had just been completely painted - therefore no walls, skirtings etc needed cleaning. They provided me with a reasonable price. We met at the property and ran over all items which needed cleaning. Silly me, I paid for the job without reviewing it as I was away for work however when the tenant moved in, she messaged to say the place was pretty dirty. The most unrealistic add ever. Douglas came to do a vacate clean it was disgusting. They left kitchen dirty, walls dirty, they didn't even clean the stove top or splash back. I would not even put 1 star however if I don't i cannot write a review. Windows were discusting. I now have to go through consumer affairs to receive my money back as it's a money back guarantee if landlord isn't happy. I am very disappointed and would not recommend these guys to anyone.
