My first visit at the Realign Health Clinic was very positive. The masseuse, Audrey, provided a thorough and thoughtful briefing at the beginning to assess my current state of health. The massage focused on my stated concerns and she was very professional and proficient in providing a relaxing and therapeutic massage. The room was warm and comfortable and the heat pack on my back felt wonderful while she massaged my feet. I will definitely go back. Cheers Linda (Leichhardt)
Audrey did an amazing job on my body. It was my first time trying cupping during a massage, and I expected it to feel unpleasant because of how the skin looks under suction, but it was actually incredibly relaxing and effective. She explained everything so clearly and taught me so much about what it does to the body I feel like I know everything about fascia now! Thank you so much, Audrey. I feel amazing afterward.
