Absolutely the worst service ever. We canceled our service in March of 2021. Paid off what the guy told us we owed. Now it's March of 2023 and they are telling us they're sending us to collections because there was an unpaid balance. We have heard NOTHING for two years and were told the balance was paid. 100% do not recommend. I'm starting to think natural gas is the biggest scam there is.

They have some outstanding charges I don’t even know how these people got on my gas bill.
I’ve cancelled months sgo. I told them to close my accounts out and they only cancelled my electric. I’m not saying this is a bad company. I’m just saying now I’m receiving double bills on Nicor.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. I highly don't recommend them. If I could give them zero stars that would be just what they would be getting. Luckily I only got taken for 1 month at 435. Highest bill I have ever paid living in my home and i have been living in the same home for the last 13 years. This company should be ashamed of themselves
