My family and I met Linda over 8 years ago when we moved back to Columbus. We weren’t in a position to buy a home but renting was fine. Would rate this company a -1 star. We stayed in a property for 10 years and asked to buy the home more than once. This lady Lynda told us that the owner would have to come to the table with money. Another time she couldn’t find them but when the house market started booming she said we need to buy now or move. The rent was 1200 a month and we have checks showing the days we paid on time but she didn’t think of asking for a fair price after what we invited. I have used this company for property management for 2 houses in the greater Columbus area for 8 years. This team has always provided fair and expedient work to both tenant and landlord. I highly recommend them in the world of residential rentals.
We moved into a rental home because we had to. my family is military and when we were approved for the application, we went to look at the place. it was a mess. Beyond filthy. The property manager told us that it would be cleaned for move in. move in day came and it was not clean... to say it was is laughable. This is where we are partly to blame, we are first time renters and should have refused to move into a place with such conditions. BUT we moved in.
