Buying a house for the first time can be a pain in the neck, but Sylvester made it a breeze. From the start, he listened to what I needed, how much I could spend, and what I wanted in a home. He didn't just want to make a sale; he really cared about finding the perfect place for me.
Update 4/1/2024: No payments have been received yet, and there has been no communication except for an email threatening to sue us. Initial Post: 3/12/2024 Monzer Sylvester owes us approximately $4,500 for services performed. We have pictures of all the work completed, invoices have been sent multiple times, numerous emails and calls have been made, and it appears that Monzer is disregarding our attempts to communicate with him.
