if you are the buyer use them, if you are selling to their buyer AVOID IF POSSIBLE. The buyers agent wrote the contract to purchase my home, had a copy of the earnest money, money order, but failed to keep it. Gave the earnest money back to the buyer so escrow could not be opened .
