Staff have been nice and friendly, and closing was easy. However, I had to repeatedly ask to find out where we were in the process and what were next steps. I was required to include a payoff on my credit card at closing instead of paying it off every 2 weeks like I normally do. I had to ask about it over a week after closing as my card was not paid.
