Southpointe Village fixes NOTHING in a timely manner. The common areas are constantly filthy. Stairwells have ants due to food and trash. The dumpster area constantly left in horrible condition. Arguments amongst staff heard at times. Emails and private information shared from apartment mgr to maintenance staff and other residents. When complaints are made they are very condescending to residents and no respect, they tell us we can move instead of fixing issues. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We strive to make SouthPointe Village the best place to live. Last week was a tough week on a/c units due to the high humidity. During this time, any resident that may have had an a/c unit not working to its fullest capacity was offered additional means to assist with cooling the units while the vendors were scheduled to be in the apartment for repairs.
