A wonderful, accommodating, and safe location for Electrolysis treatment for transgender individuals especially. I adore the staff and they have been nothing but sweet and diligent. JackieMae has been my specialist, and she has been doing such a great job with my treatments so far!

I’ve had a great experience with Real You. I’m always nervous when going to doctor appointments or anything like that but I’ve felt very comfortable and welcome when coming here. Natasha Kitchen has been very nice and professional during my appointments. I also really appreciate being able to have my weekly sessions scheduled for later in the evening after I leave from work.

In short - This is exactly the professional quality CARE I was looking for in an electrolysis clinic and when I was looking for an electrologist, reading reviews I basically was looking for someone to just say - "This is the spot" So literally, yes this is a fabulous clinic and will always receive my care here! 💕 In long - I have had nothing but a great experience with electrologists here. Very trans and queer friendly environment and super sweet staff. Been working with Veronica Robinson and have had a wonderful experience with her as my electrolysis tech. She excels at making you feel at ease and safe which is especially needed during a rather uncomfortable procedure like electrolysis. I'm autistic and Veronica's room is always lit with soft, dim, lights which prevents me from having any sensory issues while she's working on me. This place is amazing. As pretty much the only electrolysis place that accepts insurance it provides a critical service that is super inclusive and friendly. The staff is amazing, shouting out both Scarlet and Leah for being kind, easy to approach, and asking for comfort. 100/10 in my eyes.
