Recently did business with this company. We needed to get new hardware because our old tech wasn't enough. Got to talk with one of their representant. After a few mails, the rep confirmed to me that the new hardware was compatible with our currrent software. Version numbers and pictures were provided to be certain. Key Tracer has changed the way we manage, issue and log keys. The key pad access controls who has access to the keys ensuring only authorised staff log in and out keys. Installing and setting up the key tracer was made easy with detailed videos on what to do and dedicated key account managers who were on the end of the phone when I needed help. Thank you Richard and Tyler, without you guys it would still be in a box!
