This is honestly one the worst reality and rental companies iv interacted with and I've ever dealt with along a lot of unknowledgeable people. No one elver answer theirs phones, always goes straight to voicemail. Then I was told that I had to wait an extra few days due to the house being cleaned by a third party cleaner. I was ok with that.
