We initially started looking for contractors in San Mateo, CA for our extension and remodel and were very happy after meeting Jaggi. He wasn't pushy, knew the area very well (we live in a post WWII-era track home development), and listened to our vision. We recently completed our ADU project with Real Time Construction, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The project was delivered on time and on budget, which is such a rare find in the construction industry. I worked with this company for my drawings and they not able to complete my drawings on time and I lost 4k with them. Now I am working with other architects. I am not recommending this company
This is a totally unprofessional outfit. I hired them for a big house addition project. The deal is that they will help with drafting the plans (design + structural), work with the city (Newark in my case) to get approvals, and then do the construction. The plans were submitted to the city in Feb’ 2022. They haven’t been approved till now. So it’s 22 months already and I have nothing to show for all the money I have spent till now. I changed the plans middle of this year so I will attribute 3 out of those 22 months to me. In... read more
