Very professional. Very responsive. Completed work ahead of planned schedule. Very accommodating, kept premise clean. Fair & competitive price. Only small issue was they installed 2 smart thermostats, but only 1 is registering on Smart App. Small potatoes.

Abraham and Sergio did great job of installing new AC system. They were very professional and through from start to end of the job. I highly recommend Real Time Bros when you need new AC or maintenance service.
I was very disappointed with my experience with Real Time Bros. I called them to take a look at our AC that had stopped working. I specifically asked if there was anything that could be done to fix it that same day because it was urgent. Instead, the technician insisted that the entire fan unit needed to be replaced his out almost $2000. Wanting a second opinion, I called another HVAC technician.
