Excellent service Technician normally within 1-2 days
Absolutely great service. I had Alex who came out to help me. He Took the time to explain everything that was going on with my air-conditioning machine and walked me through step-by-step on how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient great personality as well.
I strongly advise looking elsewhere for HVAC service. Real Time Bros does not stand behind their written warranty commitments and uses inaccurate diagnostics to push high-priced system replacements. In July 2024, they added refrigerant and UV leak sealant to our A/C unit with an explicit 2-year warranty stated on the invoice: if the temporary seal failed within two years, the $920 paid would apply toward locating and completing a permanent fix. This Job is NOT finished. It was supposed to get my AC up and running again. When I turn on the AC, the HEAT comes on! I expect to see someone at my doorstep today at 8:00 AM to fix it!
