My daughter was going to RTS Campbelltown before the therapist went on mat leave. We were told a replacement had been found and we would be contacted. We never got contacted, I called and was advised new therapist was not qualified enough to take on my daughter and she would be put on the waitlist. Have called 3 times since then and was told manager would call me, still waiting. No leave a child mid treatment with no communication is unacceptable. Why do they have such a high turnover of staff? My child has 2nd psychologist and will soon have a 3rd OT in under 18 months. As soon as he gets familiar with a therapist they leave. They have all been good too. Also never had an issue with invoices.
