Took my F150 in for a tune up. I told them what the truck was doing and wanted a full tune up: Spark plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor. They gave me a $400 estimate, which I said sounded fair. Went to pick it up when I got off work and was handed a $775 dollar bill. The extra $375 was for them using the scan tool when the truck wouldn't start because of the security system. Totally ripped off my 74 years old father in law. Brought an older Ford pick up truck in for a tank cleaning. Had an estimate from Ford for approximately 100$ for a cleaning of that tank. Took them several hours to get the job done. Charge us around 100$ an hour for labor, that's just how great they are. Told us it needed a new fuel pump, which we didn't go in for... Didn't even bother calling us to tell us how much it would cost before doing anything, we had to go there. Came back with a bill over 800$. Then the truck quit ... read more
We've been taking all our vehicles here for a couple of years. They have excellent service and great prices. They really care about there customers and really know what they are doing. So very pleased with them.
I really liked the way Doug(owner) took the time to explain to me exactly what was needed to repair my truck and he answered all my questions as well. He and his staff are very professional. I finally found a mechanic shop I can trust. Thanks Real Tech.
I had my air conditioner serviced / recharged and the owner doug was fast and even inspected my car front to back. I also had them change my oil. All was done as a drop in .I would recommend them to anyone.
