I had the displeasure of working with Sully and it was the most unprofessional interaction I’ve ever had with a real estate agent. Firstly, the broker fee was $25/person (which is illegal as the max fee is $20 as of the bill effective June 2025). It's very hard to work with this company. I find apartments that I like, but impossible to schedule a viewing and get a real answer from a realtor. I don't think this company needs to make money because they don't care about the renters. Hopefully I'll be able to rent from them in the future because it looks like they have great apartments.
