Was quoted $90 and ended up being charged $155 for 2 small rooms and a hallway, they cancelled my first appt because they were running behind and rescheduled me for later that day, show up 45 mins late to the second appt and finished my home in less than 20 mins. The same night I kept smelling urine…thought maybe it was from the carpet being wet…next day it’s dry carpet and doesn’t even look like or smell like it was shampooed, so I ended up buying a carpet shampooer and carpet shampoo which cost me another $180 and my carpe... read more
Showed up on time! So friendly, honest, hard working. Not only did I have my capers shampooed, they tightened up hallway carpet.
