Disappointing,who i needed to talk to wasnt there and one of the ladys who work there said they hardly see the person in charge of doing thier job.they gave me a number to call which i have 8 times voice mail everytime.i leave messages but no reply.

refused to send my pledge to AEP after losing my job in October. I submitted my application in October. Let AEP know that “REAL SERVICES” will be sending my pledge. Lost power in December on right before Christmas. They’re worthless & don’t care about anyone. I work very hard. Everyday. I had to take a $7 pay cut. After losing my job during election time.
