refused to send my pledge to AEP after losing my job in October. I submitted my application in October. Let AEP know that “REAL SERVICES” will be sending my pledge. Lost power in December on right before Christmas. They’re worthless & don’t care about anyone. I work very hard. Everyday. I had to take a $7 pay cut. After losing my job during election time. Terrible service. I called and rang the bell after their scheduled lunch time and the woman at the desk ignored it all. Find a place with basic hospitality, I suggest.
