My experience went quite well. Everything went very quickly. Lauren Ficke, the nice young lady that worked with me, went out of her way to help me when it came to the closing date. After I drove for 50 miles to get there they told me the paper work was not ready and wanted me to come back the next day. So I called Lauren. She got with them and took care of everything for me. She also went by the house I sold and picked up two water hoses out of the yard after dark, in the rain and brought them to me. I hope she knows how muc... read more

Lauren Ficke and her team along with the Title company, they we were very easy to deal with and closing's were as simple as they come. I have done many a closings in my life time, and i will say hands down for myself and my family members, they catered to us and it saved us a lot of money and time. By the way we actually sold them 2 houses in a 45 day span, that means 2 closings. Very pleased!!

Very prompt feedback and flexible to ensure any and all concerns were addressed. No pressure and they allowed ample time to attend to a few pending items prior to allowing access. Once closing was scheduled, that process was very quick and easy as well. Lauren was my point of contact and she is very good and does a great job. Overall, a great experience.
