Poor communication at best, lack of follow through, questionable repair/work estimates, , let tenant go months without paying rent, did not refund deposit nor advise why not.

Chris is a scammer , he has ripped me off for $25 k ,and the hole is still being dug . He lies , and just cuts off all communication once he gets the money , and just leaves town.
