Patricia continuously promised that repairs would be made And we would be reimbursed for materials that we purchased out-of-pocket to get this home livable. This never happened. Don't rent from these people, worse property management around Volusia and Flagler. Refused to give our deposit back when we weren’t given a notice of renewal till i contacted them 15 days before the lease ended. GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN and if you cant pray nothing breaks or happens on the weekend, you're on your own!
Honestly, I was very surprised of how well and efficiently the maintenance team responded to preparing the apartment home for renting. When we moved in, there were some common issues that if not addresses would soon be a problem down the line. But once we requested the maintenance for the apartment, it was lightening speed with fixing everything in a timely manner. Great Job to all people on this team!!
I’ve been living in these apartments for almost 4 years. I’ve had hard times and they have always been there for me. I’m so thankful for them giving me a chance to have somewhere to live.
Patricia is very easy to deal with! Great consistent communication and really knows her industry! I Highly recommend!!!!!
