I would like to say thank you to Real Property Management for the maintenance work they had done to my place in all the 6 years I live at the home, they have been so kind to me the whole team. Also, all the repairs were done professionally and beautifully, just recently had waterproof laminated floors done in both bedrooms, and I'm loving every moment of it!! Me and my mother and my son love living at one of their properties. They’re always have quick response if there’s any issues with maintenance needed.
Last evening I turned my faucet on in the bathroom and water start coming from underneath everywhere. I notified the maintenance department of the problem. Requesting for a technician to come and check it out it was after hours. The first thing this morning before I even brush my teeth or got my coffee the maintenance man was at my door. Honestly I am not sure what his name is because we call him papi and he answers to it. It only took him 1-2 minutes to recognize what the problem was.
