My rental was transferred to RPMVESTA from a different management company mid lease. I confirmed with them that my security deposit was also transferred. I have documentation of them confirming they had received it. They are now claiming it was a typo and they never possessed my security deposit. They instead claim the homeowner has it. If I could do 0 stars I will .. I had a break in last week door still haven’t been fixed.. my breaker box is sparking and the lights & sockets in my home is not working I have no where to go till the fix it but they said they I can get a hotel & they will remove $75 off my rent per night but if I’m not staying in the home my rent should be prorated and this is ***** **I don’t know a hotel that is $75 per night this is my biggest regret renting from them I asked can I just terminate my lease without paying the remaining month... read more
Beware terrible company! When we complained about the service we were getting from them managing our rentals like waiting 5 months to even let us know about a problem at one of our properties and double charging us on some invoices they told us they could no longer be our management company.
