Can't really recommend renting anything they have listed in the Vancouver area. We had major storm damage that caused roof leaking and the ceiling being full of water (and parts of it falling). They didn't respond to multiple repair requests. It was only after we told them we would be moving out because they didn't address the repairs that they threatened that moving out before our lease was up would mean they would keep our deposit and continue to charge us rent until the lease was up.
