Revising my review just to say they have been really responsive lately, like same day responses. I am glad they corrected their communication issue so I am revising my 1 star to 3. Emailed 4 business days ago (tagged 3 employees), resent email two days ago and called (of course got the voicemail) and left a message. Have gotten zero responses for an HOA violation I received as an owner of a property they manage. I asked for them to confirm receipt of my email and they can’t even do that.
