Edited to add: I think the reply may have me mixed up with another individual. Our entire security deposit was returned after the place was professionally cleaned, except for the oven and a damage my cat did to the rug (we were aware and happy with these charges) but I paid $400 for it to be professionally cleaned and submitted the receipt to you all. I want to start off by thanking Patricia for making our last few months tolerable. You were wonderful. RPM has been a nightmare. The photos from the listing did not show the stains in the bathroom and holes in the wall full of toothpaste, and a closet full of junk (shoe boxes, fake hair, oil pans, broken gun safe) left by the previous tenants.
