Put an app in with Hakeem in which my gf needed a cosigner, we got the cosigner and never heard from him again. Phone rings nonstop no matter if you call him directly or the office. DO NOT WASTE your money applying for homes with real property management. They will charge you $90 per person app fee, take your money and not respond. They are a complete scam!! Office doesnt return calls or vmails either.
Kelly and Hakeem are very responsive, and RPM has done a great job for us for over 10 years.
I just moved in on March 1st and it's been an amazing experience. From the beginning (applying) Hakeem was on top of everything!! He was and continues to be easily accessible and willing to help, and gets things done. Also, I had a minor maintenance request which was a breeze to get resolved. I'm gonna love it here and definitely recommend
