Not are they a dream to partner with, they care. They care about their properties and people they encounter.
The maintenance technician responded promptly and was both respectful and friendly throughout the visit.

Took over management of a property from my mother. They completely took advantage of her with phantom fees, and an evacuation that wasn't handled properly but still billed. When we reached out in good faith to offer a negotiation of fees they threatened with legal action. Just not good form for a long standing, paid on time client.
