They deserve 0 stars. Unprofessional and no ever calls back. I have never experienced any company like this with poor business practice. Christine, Audrey, Mae, Joe, Shari, and the operator do not respond at all. I would never recommend this company to anyone! Stay away from this company!
Ever since I have moved in in May 2016 it has been a nightmare. I have made 3 code enforcement complaints in 4 years. My bathroom ceiling has caved in several times. My kitchen ceiling has fell in a few times as well. This is not considered an emergency to them!!!!!. My most recent problem is my neighbor's dirty dish water started to back up in my kitchen sink, leaving an odor of rotten eggs. Called the emergency maintenance line 3 times no sign of a tech. Stay FAR away from this company! My husband and I have had the worst experience with them while we were deployed overseas and rented our house out. They don't return or answer calls and the office lady is useless and Joe S. is a complete joke!!!!
