We moved in less than 2 months ago. We required services for our residence's maintenance. First, the clothes washer did not work and a brand new one was delivered in a couple of days. Recently, one of the showers leaked from the inside of the wall to the floor. The contractor that was sent within a day, The problem was promptly fixed in under two hours. It was a broken pipe, in the wall and no removing any part of the wall. I highly recommend everyone involve, arranging and performing the work

The agent Tyler was really nice, patient and accomodative. There were a couple things in the contract that were not correct for me. Too vague and could get me in a pickle. It had to do with if the tenant ended up purchasing the unit and the comission to be paid. I am a licensed RE broker and asked for clarification. I didn't get the answer I was looking for. Respectful prompt and courteous service and professionalism. Came quick and prompt, was able to address issues and I felt listened to, he didn't stop until it was right. Even gave me a tip and some insight which is rare, highly recommend their services. Reliable and consistent proven time and time again given different jobs! They won't let you down (;
