Fantastic Service. Started a help chat at 10pm after coming back from a trip to find my apartment with no water. I received attentive service and was shown how to resolve my problem.
Renter review of A/C maintenance: we recently had an issue w/ the A/C, the tech was on site the next morning at the scheduled time, providing a courtesy call when they arrived. The tech was very thorough in his work resulting in the A/C running better than ever. Great customer experience as usual.
I am currently leasing a property and had an issue with my washing machine as well as having coconut trees that coconuts were falling, I notified the property management office and they were quick to work with the owner of the property to get the removal of the coconuts as well as a new washing machine installed within days! Very satisfied with the way they have handled a couple small issues we had at the property. I would definitely recommend them100%
The maintenance folks are always customer friendly and very competent!!!
