Being a homeowner in Pinellas County and trying to act as my own property manager….. I ran into 3 tenants over 20 years that damaged my home (one did $17,500 in damages) . I was kinda nervous in the beginning about choosing a properly management company. Camille broke down everything and made the process a breeze. I cannot say enough good things about Camille at RPM Sunshine City. She's an outstanding property manager. She anticipates needs, proposes solutions, balances perfectly taking care of both the landlord and tenant, is responsive and professional. She proactively provides updates and shares insightful recommendations to problem-solve.
