I recently saw firsthand as one of their workers destroyed an occupied birds nest. This in itself would not have been so horrendous if the worker had not intentionally flung the fledgling birds like rocks and then sealed the adult bird within the vent hold they were working on. This seems like a questionable and unethical sequence of actions at best, these are not the kind of people I would want to make responsible for my property management needs.
