We are having Sterling manage our property that we are renting out while we are abroad for one year and so far we are very satisfied! They found tenants to occupy the space so we didn’t have to worry about that, and they are super responsive to any concerns the tenants have, passing on anything we need to know and taking care of the rest. Would definitely recommend for a hands-off experience to renting your place!
