I am extremely disappointed with this company. They advertise a response time of 2–3 business days, yet I never received any real answer. They took my money, and despite making several calls and leaving multiple messages, no one ever got back to me. The one time I did reach Edna, she simply said, “We’re still working on it and will let you know,” but I never heard anything after that.
