Move in process was very easy. We applied online and everything was reviewed in a good amount of time. We were able to apply for deposit assistance which was a great help with move in cost. Walk through process was very easy using the step by step app taking pictures of any concerns for move out. Being able to message AJ Amato on the team is very convenient for my schedule and she is very helpful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I care about. Renters looking for a professional and reliable management company in Southern Colorado should look elsewhere. Pros: Great, friendly staff. Cons: Maintenance: Significant delays in resolving maintenance requests. Some maintenance requests were never resolved. Management: Unprofessional, impolite, and passive-aggressive behavior during interactions and unfair handling of the move-out process.
