Respectful, kind. Quick to address any Maintenance issues and have them completed. Fair and honest. My family and I haven’t been renting from this management company for very long, however they have been great. We needed a quicker move in date and they definitely went out of their way to get us in to a beautiful home. Everyone at the office is kind, professional, and proficient.
It has been a challenge to get a return phone call from Brady. It is hard to find people that provide good customer service these days. Edna has helped so much. She is always kind and helpful. She truly understands what customer service should be.
